How long have you been in business?
The Genish family has been running the business since 1998, with the second generation now fully involved in design and management.

Do you manufacture your own products or import them?
We manage the entire process in-house – from design and manufacturing in our own factory to sales in our store, with no middlemen.

About the Product
4. What kind of diamonds do you sell – natural or lab-grown?
Natural diamonds, and due to customer demand, we have also added lab-grown diamonds.
5. What are the prices?
Each piece of jewelry varies in price depending on the quantity of gold and diamonds.
Sizing and Customization
6. What ring sizes are available, and is custom sizing possible?
Sizes 49 - 60 (EU). Custom sizing is available.
Warranty and Service
7. Do you provide cleaning, polishing, or repair services after purchase?
Once a year, customers can present their website receipt to receive a free cleaning.
8. Can I exchange or return a piece of jewelry?
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the updated Consumer Protection Law.

Please note: There are no cash refunds on custom-designed items (for example: initial/letter rings, name bracelets, etc.).

Store credit, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the product tag is still attached, exactly as received by the customer.
Payment Methods
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and payments via the Bit app.
Shipping Policy
10. What is the processing time for an order based on the payment method?
To ensure the highest quality and precise handling of every order, our processing times are:
* Payment via Bank Transfer or Bit: Orders for items in stock will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
* Payment via Credit Card: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
(Note: These timelines apply to products currently in stock. Custom-designed jewelry or special orders will be delivered according to the production timeline provided at the time of order).
* Delivery times depend on the actual date payment is cleared – Bank Transfers and Bit are verified immediately, whereas credit card payments require standard bank processing time.
* Self-pickup available from the Israel Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan / Netanya.
